Who wants some FAB ABS?!?! I do, I do!
*FEBRUARY 8-28th*
I am proposing a 20 day (or longer) Ab challenge! It is to be done EVERY day or night (I like to do it as I’m winding down in the evening, watching something on tv or whatever). This will only take 5 minutes of your time! No excuses! AND you don’t need any equipment, so you can do it at home! Set a timer if you like, or go through these exercises the number of times I suggest. Some may be too easy or too difficult, so adjust by doing as many as you can and move on. If you can get through all of this before 5 minutes is up, then do them again! If you can keep going after the 5 minutes, then by all means DO IT! If you need to break to get through, do so, and work up to not having to break. You can also do your own favorite ab exercises; these are just some ideas!
I too will start this challenge tonight! I encourage you to take a before and after pic (same angle; helpful if you are wearing the same thing or something similar)! I would love to see them and share them on my blog if you are willing! Good luck and please share your experience with me/us here!!!! 🙂

DAY 1! Just kicked my own ass! Abs are definitely on fire! It took me 6 minutes to do the whole workout! Best part is I am in sweats and uggs 🙂

I just started today!! I couldn’t do the side lift plank I tried watching a video but I don’t seem to be doing right! Any advise?
Just work on holding the side plank for 30 on each side 🙂

How many calories does this burn?
Every individual burns differently. You would need a heart rate monitor on with your weight/height and everything set to it. For me personally in 5 minutes to do this I burn like 25 calories
